 这个网站主要是为西岛的华人生活需要而设. 其目标是：促进健康的环境与活动，加强我们与周围社区的交流，容易融入魁北克社会。

This website is a service mainly for the Chinese community living on the West Island. The objectives are: to promote a healthy environment and activities,  to enrich the cultural livelihood of the other communities around us, and to integrate this community into the Quebec society.
